The good menu speaks for itself. the help could use a bit more training. WHEN ALL IS SAID, WELL ( BON-APETE).

There hashbrowns wernt burnt!!!! It was awesome!!! Sorry had to say that almost all the restaurants were i live burn the hashbrowns, so to me it was amazing.

Butter on side always ,need to warm coffers tea cups

The first and chips were mediocre. Not very many fries and the splasher drinks were kinda nasty. The waitress was very nice.

This is one of the best ihop I've been too in a long time. Food was awesome, service was great and pretty quick, and a very clean restaurant.

Love the Strawberry Syrup!Last yr. Mgr. said she'd save an ornament for me;-) I do wish they had hot chocolate refills;-) oh well, they do have good coffee!

THE EARLY MORNING COFFEE ISN'T GREAT, BUT I GET THE BEST SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH TURKEY BACON, WITHOUT HAVING TO DRIVE OUT TO THE DAYBREAKER'S CAFE.

This is the best IHOP in all of the southwest. How do I know? It's always packed yet the service is quick and friendly.

Great for breakfast, grandson had funny face pancakes and loved them. They,do a great job on all breakfast items. Clean atmosphere. Nice watresses.

Dennys was super packed and had a long line....but not IHOP! Meal was up quick, only gripe was 1 piece of toast with meal (2 cut in half)... Other than that, service & food was great!

We hadn’t had much luck with breakfast places here but a group of my friends and I went the IHOP last night and let me just say the service was amazing our waitress was Tiyanna we absolutely loved her we will definitely be coming back

We Went For An Early Dinner. I Had A Soup And Sandwich Combo, Hot And Satisfying. We Weren't Rushed On Leaving Afterward. The Servers Were Polite Although, There Were Three. I Believe To Cover The One Actually Assigned To Our Area. So We Were Either Without, Or 1/4Cup On Beverages. The Place Wasn't Crowded Or On A Rush. So Hopefully Your Visit Will Be Better Than Our Time There.

This is THE place! Foods good,prices are decent, a variety to choose from. The regular staff are easy to make buddies with !

Best coffeeBack again. Had the 2-2-2 great breakfast. Yvonne is a great waitress. Always wearing a smile, something the other workers should learn from.

The food was good and the bathrooms were cleanWe did go on President's day Monday, and it was extremely busy. Our waiter was very friendly and took good care of us.

Staff was very friendly and the waitress got our order correct and quickly out to us. The food was yummy and portions were just enough to be filling but not leave you needing more to be satisfied.

Overcrowded with long wait time to be seated. Taste of breakfast nothing special. Good servers.

Amazing place ,amazing portions very reasonable price way better than California, where I'm from and the waitress(Veronica) is amazing and customer service here is amazingly prompt, totally recommend IHOP, A++++

Best waffle I've had in Yuma! It was crispy, toasty, crunchy in the outside and soft and flavorful in the inside.

We usually get the cheesecake pancakes but this time we got something different ,but all enjoyed the food.

It's the best breakfast 😋 for the money, in Yuma, and the servers💁 are the best in the breakfast business🍽️. Very attentive to your every need. The hardest working hostess, has to be Alice ❤️ she's one of a kind and friendly💛 too, as mater of opinion, I wouldn't consider eating breakfast🥞 anywhere else. I eat there as often as I can because it's the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. Oh did I mention that the Manager, Reina, is the smoothest operator I have ever seen run a flawless brigade of servers and cooks.

It was time to stop for lunch on our way to San Diego before leaving Yuma we made a stop at Ihop at 16 th. St. Arriving we encounter lots of parking spaces even do it was what it looked like a full house because of the hour, they also had disable spots available once inside we waited for just 5 minutes and we were seated our waiter came bay imeditely we asked for drinks and came back in no time took our order and again in less than 10 minutes, yes I was looking at the time because we were hungry but to our surprise waiter was back with lunch and we were happy campers, thanks Ihop 👍

Very busy but enough employees to handle it. Great service, GREAT servers & my breakfast was HOT, SCRUMPTIOUS!!

The best food and service late at night!

The breakfast was good. It was a little different with beef instead of sausage , but still a tasty omlet. Service was excellent.

Food was excellent, but took a long time to be served.

Disappointment from the get go. We're seated at a corner booth that had to be made for children, couldn't even get partially in the space. Were moved to the general area and the space was normal, the food was not what I expected, having been a long time customer of IHOP this was the exception to good food. The one saving factor was the exceptional service by the waitress. I'll have to remember not to stop by at the Yuma IHOP on my next trip.

They were packed but we were seated quickly. Fast, prompt service. The only complaint was that while I love sweet tea, I would like at least a little tea with my sugar

Friendly staff and fast service. Loved the selection. I haven't been here for over a gear, good to see that they are still on top for breakfast, lunch and dinner all day long.

Enjoyed the food - ordered chicken Florentine crepes & son had pancake cannolis. Nice that you can get all menu items any time of day. Went at 3pm on Sat. & it wasn't busy at all.
